Bacchanalia: A Boozy Festival of the Arts

Tickets are still on sale for today’s revelry.

St Andrean arts festivals frequently take the form of gallery exhibitions and bazaars. Bacchanalia, as evidenced by its name, intends to infuse some physical entertainment into the local arts scene.

Held at Younger Hall, the event is a modern day depiction of Ancient Greece, in all its eclectic glory. Have your future told by the Delphic Oracle, talk philosophy in the Garden of Aristotle, watch performers on the main stage. Milk + Honey, Too This for That, Wax Collective, and Liquid Alloy will all make appearances, either on the stage or in the darker, club-like depths of “Hades.”

The Union bar will feature, offering a cash bar to the more hedonistic guests.

Each ticket guarantees £1 off at Dervish throughout the night, and 10% off wine at the St Andrews Wine Company both today and tomorrow.
